Meditation (Dhyana in Sanskrit) is the practice of training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts. It is one of the eight limbs of yoga and has been practiced for thousands of years across many cultures. In the yogic tradition, meditation is considered the pathway to self-realization and inner peace.
Bal Lahoti practices Om meditation daily, which involves chanting the sacred syllable "Om" (or "Aum") while focusing the mind on the vibration and sound.
